RETURNS
We are happy to offer the possibility of returning any unused and sealed product within 14 days of receiving your order. In the event that 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To obtain the return authorization we ask you to send us an email to info@k-sam.eu containing the order number and the specification of the products you wish to return.
Any shipment made without prior authorization to return will be rejected.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened and in the same condition you received it. It must also be SEALED in the original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to measure or clearly personalized.
We cannot accept returns if:
• any items have been opened from their sealed package;
• any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing for reasons not attributable to our fault;
• 14 days have passed from the date of receipt.
The costs of the return are always at your expense.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of the refund.
In the event of a partial return, the full price of the items that the customer decides to keep for himself is subtracted from the total amount paid.
